Responsibilities
- Delight patients with compassionate overnight care including medication administration, vitals monitoring, and mobility assistance
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate critical updates to day-shift healthcare professionals
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Ensure facility cleanliness and safety compliance during overnight hours
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain seamless patient care continuity

Qualifications
- Active CNA, EMT, or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in hospital or long-term care setting
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation and weekend availability (Sat/Sun 10PM-6AM)
