Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergency situations overnight
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and electronic health records
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and nursing staff
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout shift
- Respond to patient call lights and provide bedside care
- Prepare shift reports for day team transitions
Qualifications
- Current FL Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant certification
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to work weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun) and overnight shifts (7pm-7am)
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Pass background check and drug screening
