Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and document observations in electronic health records
- Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities
- Administer prescribed medications under RN supervision
- Respond to emergency situations following protocol
- Collaborate with day-shift staff during handovers
- Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment
- Provide emotional support to patients and families
Qualifications
- Current CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification (will provide training if needed)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun nights)
- Pass background check and drug screening
