Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide friendly, helpful service throughout the store.
- Operate cash registers and Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is priced correctly during the night shift.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace by adhering to all store cleanliness standards.
- Assist in inventory management and prepare reports for the morning shift team.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and evening shifts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for cash handling.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
