Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care activities during weekend and overnight shifts
- Ensure seamless communication between day/night shift teams
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to urgent medical requests
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and incident documentation
- Assist with patient admissions and discharge procedures
- Collaborate with physicians to implement treatment plans
- Manage supply inventory for shift-specific needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in medical support or patient care
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills
- Basic knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance
- Proficient with electronic health record systems
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/nights)
- Valid CPR certification
