Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care during weekend night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient data using EMR systems
- Assist with emergency response procedures and medication administration
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during overnight hours
- Participate in shift handovers and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) required
- 1+ years clinical experience in hospital or urgent care setting
- BLS/CPR certification (current)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong attention to detail in documentation and medication safety
- Exceptional communication and crisis management skills
- Flexibility to cover rotating weekend schedules
- Proficient in electronic medical records (Epic preferred)
