Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during peak weekend hours.
- Operate POS systems accurately for food and beverage transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, restrooms, and concessions.
- Assist in food preparation, stocking inventory, and restocking supplies during downtime.
- Handle cash and card payments with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and workspaces according to health standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and evening shifts.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
