Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate material handling equipment (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards before shipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and workplace safety protocols at all times.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment, including organizing storage areas.
- Reporting: Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the Shift Supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid ID and be eligible to work in the United States.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
