Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to load, unload, and transport goods safely.
- Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and labeling to meet daily targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect merchandise for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize workflow and efficiency during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
