Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory with high accuracy.
- Perform daily cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift/Order Picker) as required by certification.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts and night shifts as scheduled.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Nashville facility.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
