- Coordinate warehouse operations during weekend night shifts (Sat-Sun 10PM-6AM)
- Manage inventory tracking and documentation using WMS systems
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless handovers
- Process orders with 99.8% accuracy within SLA requirements
- Conduct equipment pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks
- Support emergency response protocols during peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency in inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
