Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment during assigned shifts with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Monitor production lines and troubleshoot minor technical issues to maintain efficiency
- Perform quality control checks and document production metrics accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces to ensure compliance with OSHA standards
- Assist in training new shift personnel on operational procedures
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or industrial setting preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting
- Flexible availability for weekend and overnight shifts (Fri-Sun, 10 PM-6 AM)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
