Responsibilities
- Monitor facility security and perform routine patrols during overnight hours
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in-person interactions
- Operate specialized equipment and maintain accurate documentation
- Respond promptly to emergencies and escalate critical issues
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operations handover
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year security or customer service experience preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Fri-Sun 10 PM-6 AM)
