Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases during overnight hours
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Restock shelves and manage inventory to ensure product availability
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and visual merchandising
- Operate overnight stocking equipment and resolve basic operational issues
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets
- Document and report inventory discrepancies or maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Availability to work every weekend (Saturday & Sunday) 6 PM - 2 AM
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation to Austin locations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
