Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and document observations accurately
- Assist with patient care routines and mobility support
- Respond to emergency calls and administer first aid
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure continuity of care
- Operate medical equipment and technology systems
- Conduct safety rounds and facility checks overnight
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience or relevant training
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 7PM-7AM)
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
