Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergency situations during overnight hours
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders
- Document patient care accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Maintain a safe and sterile environment for patient care
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide emotional support
Qualifications
- Current Illinois CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year overnight healthcare experience preferred
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work independently with sound judgment
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
