Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake and vital sign measurements
- Assist physicians with examinations and minor proceduresPrepare and administer medications under provider supervision
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Collect and process laboratory specimens
- Provide patient education on treatment plans
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up appointments
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or RMA required
- 1+ years clinical experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- CPR/BLS certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs
