Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and trailers efficiently using forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Sort, stage, and organize merchandise to ensure accurate delivery routes.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace at all times.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as required.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Perform light physical duties including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia, IL facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
