- Load and unload: Safely load and unload shipments from delivery trucks using proper equipment.
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately pack and label products for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and stock organization.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Customer Service: Assist customers and resolve inquiries regarding orders and products.
- Equipment Handling: Operate basic material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with a diverse team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- No Experience Required: Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a history of punctual attendance.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy in tasks.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and the ability to read and comprehend instructions.
