Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales and returns.
- Handle cash and card transactions with strict accuracy and accountability.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including security checks and inventory counts.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or damaged merchandise.
- Collaborate with the retail team to achieve daily sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required for all positions).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- No previous work experience necessary; we value attitude and work ethic over history.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.
