- Deliver exceptional guest experiences during weekend check-in/check-out processes
- Manage premium concierge services for weekend visitors
- Coordinate weekend event operations and VIP guest arrangements

- Resolve guest inquiries with prompt, solution-oriented approaches
- Train weekend staff on service protocols and property features
- Process weekend payments and financial transactions accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Valid Oregon Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain)
- Basic knowledge of Portland attractions and transportation
- Ability to work standing for extended periods
