Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all weekend touchpoints including front desk, concierge, and event support
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with precision and efficiency during peak weekend hours
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth venue operations on Saturdays and Sundays
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high satisfaction metrics
- Execute venue setup and breakdown for weekend events and private functions
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures with strict adherence to protocols
- Maintain pristine facility conditions and conduct regular safety inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual capabilities preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced weekend environments
- Proficient with POS systems and digital reservation platforms
- Physical stamina to remain active for extended periods during weekend shifts
