Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service with warm, professional interactions
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our hospitality software
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns, and anticipate needs proactively
- Maintain pristine facility standards including common areas and guest rooms
- Process payments accurately and manage cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols consistently
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Basic proficiency with hospitality technology systems
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
