Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees and VIP guests
- Manage guest check-ins and coordinate event seating arrangements
- Assist with venue setup, breakdown, and maintenance between events
- Handle ticket scanning, concessions sales, and merchandise operations
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout public areas
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) with flexible hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic POS system knowledge or willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license for occasional venue errands
