Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at high-profile events and venues
- Coordinate event setup, guest registration, and breakdown procedures
- Manage inventory and maintain venue cleanliness standards
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak weekend operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Process transactions using POS systems and payment processing
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) 8am-8pm
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Basic POS system proficiency or willingness to train
- Flexibility to adapt to changing event schedules
- Valid Wisconsin Food Handler's Certificate (or obtain within 30 days)
