Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to weekend guests with warm greetings and prompt assistance
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using our property management system
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas
- Process payments and manage cash drawer with 100% accuracy
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure seamless operations
- Follow all safety protocols and brand standards consistently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work all Saturday and Sunday shifts (including holidays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

- Reliable transportation to our NW Expressway location
