Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care support during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Assist with patient mobility, vitals monitoring, and daily living activities
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Collaborate with nursing staff for seamless care transitions
- Respond to patient inquiries and ensure comfort protocols
- Adhere to strict HIPAA and OSHA compliance standards
- Support emergency response procedures as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience (weekend experience a plus)
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility with weekend shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
