Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care including mobility assistance, vital sign monitoring, and personal hygiene support
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments under professional supervision
- Maintain accurate patient records and document care activities with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated weekend care delivery
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Prepare and maintain sterile environments for medical procedures

Qualifications
- Current nursing assistant or medical assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care or hospital experience preferred
- Valid CPR/BLS certification with willingness to maintain
- Exceptional communication skills and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50lbs
- Flexibility to adapt to changing weekend schedules
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
