Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care during weekend shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Assist with patient mobility, vital signs monitoring, and medication administration
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary care teams for seamless patient transitions
- Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA safety protocols
- Support patient education and discharge planning procedures
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care or hospital experience preferred
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in electronic health record systems (Epic preferred)
- Flexibility to work alternating weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
