Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient support during weekend clinic hours (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Assist with patient intake, vitals monitoring, and preliminary assessments
- Coordinate weekend appointment scheduling and patient flow
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and specialists
- Manage weekend inventory and supply chain logistics
- Deliver compassionate patient education and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic experience a plus)
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Valid California driver's license for mobile services
