Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient progress in electronic health records
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Conduct patient education and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Current Georgia RN/LPN/CNA license required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- BLS/ACLS certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun, 12-hour shifts)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Electronic health record proficiency (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
