Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and sorting packages efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment to meet safety standards.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided).
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols strictly.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors on-site.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and reliability with a track record of punctuality.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or tablets.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles within the facility.
- Valid identification and eligibility to work in the United States.
