- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff during weekend operations
- Optimize inventory management systems and order fulfillment
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for weekend shipments

- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance schedules
- Generate weekend performance reports for leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Valid Nebraska driver's license
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday-Sunday 6am-6pm)
