Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely and efficiently load and unload trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor equipment.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick items from the inventory system and pack them securely for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and identifying stock discrepancies.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets our high-quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and shipping orders.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous employment.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide paid training.
