Responsibilities
- Customer Excellence: Deliver an exceptional in-store experience by greeting customers warmly, answering inquiries, and assisting with product selection and transactions.
- Store Operations: Maintain a pristine store environment, including organizing displays, shelving merchandise, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and welcoming.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, receiving shipments, and restocking shelves to ensure product availability throughout the weekend.
- Point of Sale (POS): Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, processing various payment methods and issuing receipts.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and support one another during high-volume periods.
- Problem Solving: Address customer needs promptly and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work a consistent Full-Time schedule specifically on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability in a professional setting.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform light physical tasks such as stocking and bending.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or logistics is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure product presentation and safety standards are met.
