Responsibilities
- Execute daily operations and ensure store readiness for the weekend rush.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and organization.
- Monitor store security and adhere to all safety protocols and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and cash drops.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a full-time basis.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer proficiency.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Reliable transportation is required.
