Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend front desk, housekeeping, and concierge operations
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance during weekend shifts
- Resolve guest inquiries and escalate complex issues promptly
- Monitor inventory and operational budgets for weekend activities
- Implement service standards to maintain 5-star guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless handovers
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years hospitality management experience with weekend shift focus
- Proven leadership in high-volume weekend operations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hospitality management software (Opera, etc.)
- Valid California Food Handler and Alcohol Service certifications
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
