Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend retail staff to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Execute daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual standards
- Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and personalized customer engagement

Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail experience with 1+ years in a leadership/supervisory role

- Availability for all weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) and occasional holidays
