Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Take and accurately process food and beverage orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Handle cash transactions and manage point-of-sale systems efficiently.
- Upsell products and suggest wine pairings to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or retail is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a full-time basis.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
- Availability to start immediately.
