Responsibilities
- Lead weekend retail operations for 15+ associates across 3 departments
- Execute merchandising strategies to drive weekend sales and customer engagement
- Manage inventory systems and loss prevention protocols
- Train and develop team members on weekend-specific customer service standards
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and implement improvement plans
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operational handovers
- Ensure compliance with all safety and company policies

Qualifications
- 3+ years retail management experience with weekend scheduling focus
- Proven track record of driving weekend sales and customer satisfaction
