Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend store operations (Friday-Sunday) including opening/closing procedures
- Lead and mentor 8-12 retail associates to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Execute visual merchandising standards and promotional campaigns
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
- Resolve customer escalations and ensure premium service standards
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operational handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail management experience with weekend shift leadership
- Proven track record of driving weekend sales and team performance
- Strong inventory management and loss prevention expertise
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
