Responsibilities
- Lead weekend retail operations by supervising 10-15 associates and achieving $500K+ monthly sales targets
- Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies that boost customer engagement and conversion rates
- Implement inventory management protocols to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce shrinkage
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand standards
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and adjust operational strategies accordingly
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences through personalized service and complaint resolution
- Coordinate with weekday management teams for seamless operational continuity
- Uphold safety compliance and store cleanliness standards during all shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience with weekend/holiday availability
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals by 15%+ in fast-paced environments
- Expertise in inventory management, visual merchandising, and team leadership
- Advanced proficiency in POS systems and retail analytics software
- Strong problem-solving abilities with experience handling high-pressure situations
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for store visits
- Ability to work flexible weekends including holidays and special events
