- Merchandising & Displays: Assist in restocking shelves, arranging product displays, and executing visual merchandising standards to drive sales.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and assist with loss prevention initiatives.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to support store goals and communicate effectively during busy weekend periods.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently while adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently, with the ability to work occasional weekday shifts if required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
