Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge
- Manage cash transactions and POS operations
- Stock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Process inventory and assist with weekly shipments
- Train part-time weekend staff on store protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety compliance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years retail or customer service experience
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8AM-8PM)
- Strong cash handling and inventory management skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings

- Valid driver's license for inventory transport
