Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational workflows and procedures during weekend shifts to ensure business continuity.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues in real-time.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and service tickets with a focus on high-quality support.
- Maintain accurate logs of all activities, performance metrics, and incident reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline weekend processes and logistics.
- Conduct routine inventory checks and manage supply chain logistics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Operations is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support or operations is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
