Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operational workflows during weekend shifts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping for all transactions and inventory.
- Collaborate closely with the weekday operations team to maintain continuity and address any emerging issues.
- Perform quality assurance checks on outgoing products and service delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, operations, or logistics is a plus.
- Mandatory: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods.
