Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless patient transitions
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital protocols
- Provide emergency response and stabilization when required
- Participate in weekend staff training and development programs
- Support patient education and discharge planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Current RN, LPN, or CMA certification required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care setting
- BLS/ACLS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong weekend availability and holiday flexibility
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environments
