Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process transactions and resolve inquiries efficiently using our CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with policies
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell products/services appropriately
- Participate in weekend shift rotations and occasional holiday coverage
- Contribute to process improvements and team training initiatives
Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
