Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the weekend team to exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Greet every customer warmly, answering questions and resolving complaints effectively.
- Manage store operations, including opening/closing procedures and security checks.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain high visual standards.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash deposits.
- Train new hires on product knowledge and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and supply chain logistics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
