Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Product Handling: Safely load, unload, and stock merchandise using pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.
- Customer Service: Assist customers with product inquiries and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company safety policies, operational procedures, and quality standards.
- Merchandising: Maintain attractive displays and ensure products are properly priced and labeled.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) as a full-time schedule.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Attitude: Must be a self-starter with a positive and professional demeanor.
